Build the visit around the working schedule.

Start with the meetings your host has arranged and any bookings already made. We plan the hotel stays, journeys and time with your guests around those fixed points.

Hotels and arrival days

Match the hotel location and room requirements to the meeting addresses and length of stay. For an early arrival or late departure, ask us to check room availability for those hours before setting the first appointment.

Airport transfers and meeting days

Separate flights, hotel pickups and several meeting addresses need different vehicle timings. We arrange individual transfers or a car and driver for agreed hours, with waiting between stops included in the proposed scope.

Meeting rooms, dining and events

Tell us the purpose of the gathering, participant count, preferred location and meal requirements. We arrange the requested venue or reservation and connect its start and finish times to the vehicles and the next commitment.

Guided time between work commitments

A Jerusalem visit or coastal outing needs enough time for the journey and the visit itself. We arrange licensed guides around the available hours, interests, language and walking needs; drivers handle the road journey.

Helicopters and protective services

Helicopter flights are arranged with licensed aviation operators; a requested protective component is coordinated separately through licensed security providers. The selected provider, availability and operating conditions are checked for the specific visit.

Special access and permissions

Send the place you want to visit, its purpose and the requested date. We coordinate the request with the relevant authority, venue or operator, whose approval and instructions determine what can be included in the programme.

The details that shape your visit.

A draft schedule is enough to start. These details let us check how each booking affects the rest of the visit and return a proposal your team can review.

Who handles each part of the visit.

Our fleet and employed drivers

RT Tours operates its own Mercedes-Benz fleet with employed drivers. Your transport confirmation identifies the vehicle, route and service hours selected for the visit.

Bookings with the relevant providers

We arrange hotels, licensed guides, dining, venues and authorized airport assistance, together with requested aviation or security services through licensed operators. Each selected service has its provider’s availability and booking terms.

Requests that need permission

Access, clearances and specialist operating permissions rest with the responsible authority or provider. We check those requirements before confirming the requested arrangement; helicopter flights also depend on weather and operating conditions.

Illustrative corporate visit programmes.

Two possible structures for a future visit. Your actual dates, meetings, group and supplier confirmations determine the final programme.

An executive visit with a guided day

  1. Arrivals and hotel base

Plan transfers for the separate flights into a Tel Aviv hotel base. Check room availability against arrival times before placing a meeting straight after the airport transfer.

  2. A day of meetings

Build the vehicle hours around the host’s appointments in Tel Aviv and Herzliya. Include waiting between addresses and leave room for the journey to the evening restaurant reservation.

  3. Jerusalem and onward travel

Reserve a separate day for Jerusalem with a licensed guide, allowing for walking pace and the return journey. Set departure pickups from each guest’s flight details.

Overseas colleagues joining the Israeli office

  1. One hotel, different stays

Use the office address and work calendar to choose the hotel base. Match room nights and airport transfers to colleagues arriving and leaving on different dates.

  2. Working sessions and an off-site gathering

Connect the hotel and office with the agreed vehicle schedule. For an off-site meal or event, check the venue’s participant count, meal requirements and finishing time alongside the return transfers.

  3. Time outside the office

Use a free part of the work calendar for a guided visit. Check who is joining, the guide’s language and each departure before selecting the route and vehicles.

Planning questions before you book.

Can you work around hotels and meetings we have already booked?

Yes. Send the existing reservations, meeting addresses and fixed times. We build the requested transport, dining, guided visits and other arrangements around them, identifying the parts RT Tours is arranging in the proposal.

What if guests arrive on different flights or leave on different days?

Share the flight details and passenger count for each arrival and departure. We check which journeys can be shared and which need separate transfers, together with the room nights and vehicle requirements for each part of the visit.

Can the programme include Shabbat or holidays?

RT Tours operates 365 days a year, including Shabbat and holidays. We check the hotels, venues, sites and other providers for your dates and plan the programme around their confirmed availability and opening arrangements.

Which languages are available for drivers and guides?

Our employed drivers speak English, Hebrew and Russian. Arabic and French driving services are arranged through licensed subcontractors. Tell us the language you need for guided visits so the licensed guide’s language and availability can be confirmed separately.

How do changes and cancellations affect a visit with several bookings?

A changed flight or later meeting can affect vehicle hours, a meal reservation and other providers. Bring the change to your RT Tours contact so we can check those bookings together. Transport, accommodation, venues and specialist services follow the terms in their respective proposals and booking confirmations.

What should we review in the written proposal?

Check the selected services, vehicle and service hours, route, hotel and venue arrangements, provider terms and the person approving the programme. Make sure any requests still awaiting confirmation are identified before the affected bookings proceed.

Send the shape of your visit.

Tell us the dates, purpose, approximate group size and what is already fixed. Add the services you want RT Tours to arrange and the person coordinating the visit for your team.

The first brief can describe the visit without naming every guest. Include your own contact details; we will discuss any guest information required for the selected bookings with you.
