We arrange fast-track with the authorized airport provider and connect it with your transfer. The proposal names the selected package and its included services.

The meeting point, vehicle class, driver instructions and any agreed luggage assistance are written into the arrival plan.

We confirm
your Mercedes-Benz, driver, pickup time and journey to the destination in your arrival plan.
We book on your behalf
the airport's authorized fast-track service, when you ask for it. It is delivered by the provider under their own terms.
Airport procedures
Passport control, customs and security remain mandatory. The authorized airport provider confirms the assistance included in your fast-track package.
Departures
For departure, we arrange your hotel pickup and transfer around your flight. If you would like fast-track assistance, we connect the authorized airport provider with the same departure plan.
Flying privately
For a private-flight arrival at Ben Gurion or another Israeli airfield, we coordinate the vehicle and meeting point with the airport and the FBO handling your flight. We arrange airside access in advance where clearance is granted; the arrival plan states where your driver will meet you.
Airport and FBO clearances determine the meeting point for a private flight. Immigration, customs and security procedures remain mandatory.

Do you have car seats?
Send the children’s ages, heights if known, and luggage details. We confirm suitable car seats and the vehicle before booking.
Our flight lands at 4am — is that a problem?
No. We arrange overnight pickups and operate 365 days a year. Send your flight details so we can reserve the driver and vehicle for your arrival.
What if the flight is delayed?
We use your flight details to coordinate the pickup. If the flight changes, contact the team so we can update the driver and any airport assistance, and explain any effect on your booking.
Can you take us straight to Jerusalem or the North?
Yes. Send your destination, passenger count and luggage details. We will plan the transfer to Jerusalem, the north or another destination in Israel and quote for that journey.
How big can the group be?
Our S-Class, V-Class and Sprinter vehicles carry up to 3, 7 and 16 passengers respectively, excluding the driver. For larger groups, we coordinate several vehicles. Passenger numbers, luggage and child seats guide the choice.
