Fast-track, when requested and available
Fast-track at Ben Gurion is run by the airport's authorized provider, not by us. If it is requested and available, the provider, package and limits are stated separately before confirmation.
A clear pickup point
The meeting point, vehicle class, driver instructions and any agreed luggage assistance are written into the arrival plan.
What we control, and what we don't
We confirm
the vehicle, the driver, the pickup window, the route, and the drop-off that RT Tours can provide for the booking.
We book on your behalf
the airport's authorized fast-track service, when you ask for it. It is delivered by the provider under their own terms.
We don't control
passport control, customs, baggage handling, or airport security. Nobody driving you does. If you want to know exactly what the fast-track package covers for your flight, ask before you book and we'll put it in writing rather than guess.
Departures
The same in reverse: the pickup window, route and vehicle are planned around the supplied departure details, and an authorized fast-track request can be checked separately when available. The written confirmation states what is included.
Flying privately
If you're arriving on a private aircraft at Ben Gurion or one of Israel's other airfields, we meet the aircraft and drive from there. Airside and FBO access is arranged in advance for your specific flight, through the airport and the FBO handling it — it depends on their clearance for that flight, and we tell you before you book whether it has been granted, not after.
To be exact about what this is: it is a shorter, calmer, more private path through an airport. It is not a way around immigration, customs, or security. Every passenger completes the same mandatory procedures as anyone else.

Do you have car seats?
Tell us the children's ages when you ask for the quote and we'll confirm what we can install for your date before you book. We don't promise a seat we haven't confirmed.
Our flight lands at 4am — is that a problem?
We operate 365 days a year, including overnight windows, but the driver, vehicle and service window still need to be confirmed for the requested date.
What if the flight is delayed?
Send the flight number and details. We check the information available to us and the confirmed pickup scope, then tell you what adjustment or additional coordination is possible.
Can you take us straight to Jerusalem or the North?
We can check any route within Israel. The written quote states the vehicle, route, hours and any conditions for the requested destination.
How big can the group be?
Sedan to Sprinter, and convoys when the whole family lands together. The seat and luggage limit for your party is confirmed in writing with the quote.

If what we delivered isn't what we agreed, tell us — during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed while it matters. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put it right. The guarantee covers what RT Tours provides: our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. Where a licensed guide, an aviation operator, or the airport's fast-track provider delivers part of your booking, we'll take it up with them on your behalf and tell you honestly what we can and can't change.
