Jewish trips to Israel, run privately.

A bar mitzvah week, Pesach with three generations, a federation mission, a first visit, or a return after twenty years. We provide the vehicle, the driver, and the ground coordination around your own dates. When a day needs historical or religious interpretation, we arrange a licensed guide and name that role separately.

Which trip is yours?

01

A family trip, three generations

Different flights, different paces, and a transport plan checked for grandparents, children, luggage, and the confirmed route.

02

A bar or bat mitzvah

The morning itself, the days around it, and a family that stays together through both.

03

Travel around the holidays

Pesach, Sukkot, and the chagim — weeks when transport, access, and fixed family times need to be planned together.

04

A mission or group

Staggered arrivals, several hotels, one itinerary, and a schedule that changes at breakfast.

What we do

RT Tours is a VIP travel and transport company in Israel. We build private touring days around your dates and route, and we coordinate our vehicles and drivers around the rest of your visit.

We don't sell fixed-departure group packages. Our drivers are not licensed tour guides; when you want guiding, we arrange a licensed guide and tell you exactly which part is which. If you already have a guide, rabbi, planner, or program director, we can use their itinerary when building the written transport plan.

We ask. We don't assume.

A lot of the decisions on a trip like this look religious from the outside and are purely logistical from the driver's seat: what time Friday has to finish, whether Saturday moves at all, whether the drive happens on a chag, which entrance at a site works for your family, whether the food stop matters and where it has to be.

We don't guess at any of that, and we don't assume anything from the fact that you're planning this kind of trip. We ask what your family needs and build the driving around the answer. We operate 365 days a year, including Shabbat and holidays — what you use that for is entirely your call.

How it works

01

Tell us the trip

Dates, how many people, where you're staying, and what's already booked — a guide, a ceremony, a program, a venue.

02

We come back with a plan and a written quote

Against your actual itinerary. We don't publish a rate card, and what the quote covers, plus what would change it, is written into it.

03

One transport plan for selected service windows

The same company can quote airport, day, and evening movements together; each vehicle, driver, and service window is confirmed in writing.

What we drive

Mercedes-Benz only — S-Class, V-Class, and Sprinter — with our own drivers. Every vehicle comes with a driver; we don’t rent cars. Our drivers work in Hebrew, English, and Russian. Seats and luggage are confirmed in writing with your quote.

Straight answers

Are you a fixed-departure tour company?

No. We build private travel and touring days around your own dates, vehicle, driver, and route. When a day needs licensed guiding, we arrange a licensed guide and tell you exactly which part is which.

We already have a guide and a full itinerary. What would you actually do?

The vehicles, the drivers, and the timing. Send us the itinerary and we'll tell you where the driving works as written and where it needs a different start time or a second vehicle.

Do you drive on Shabbat and yom tov?

We operate 365 days a year. How your family observes is your decision — tell us what you need and the plan follows. If you want everything finished before candle-lighting, say so and we build the day backwards from it.

Can you handle a group that arrives on different flights?

Yes, subject to vehicle and driver availability for the actual arrival windows. Send the flight and hotel list and we will return a written arrival plan.

What does it cost?

We don't publish a rate card. Every quote is written for the actual dates, route, party size, and vehicles, and what it covers is written into it.

Tell us what the trip is.

Dates, headcount, and where you're staying is enough to start. We will answer in writing after checking the plan.
