The aviation provider assesses the date, route, passenger details, baggage, requested landing location and applicable permissions. Weather and operating conditions govern the flight; a hotel or event address becomes a landing point only after the provider confirms it.
Your written proposal identifies the aviation provider and the flight it offers, the Mercedes transfers arranged by RT Tours, handover points and each service’s terms. If a flight timing changes, we coordinate the effect on the ground itinerary with you and the provider.
Choose the ground vehicle around everyone travelling
Our own fleet has two Mercedes-Benz S-Class, two V-Class and two Sprinter vehicles, with drivers. Their passenger capacities are 3, 7 and 16 respectively, excluding the driver. The flight’s capacity is confirmed separately by the aviation provider.
Guests and accompanying staff
Include every passenger travelling in the ground vehicle. A guide or escort occupies a passenger seat; child seats and mobility needs are checked before vehicle selection.
Baggage on the flight and on the road
Send the number and size of bags. The aviation provider confirms what flies; we check the Mercedes arrangement and discuss any bags that need a separate ground journey.

Start with your date, preferred departure area, destination, passenger count and luggage. Add the required arrival time, hotel or meeting addresses, purpose of the flight and any flexibility in the schedule. We return the assessed flight option with the connected road journeys in a written proposal.

Who operates the helicopter?
A licensed aviation provider operates the helicopter and supplies the aircraft and crew. RT Tours coordinates your request with that provider and arranges the connected ground transport. Your written proposal identifies each service and its provider.
Can you arrange a driver before and after the flight?
Yes. We arrange a private Mercedes and driver for the confirmed departure and landing points, with onward travel to your hotel, meeting or venue. Send both ground addresses with the flight request.
Can the helicopter land at our hotel or event?
The aviation provider must approve the specific landing location and permissions. Share the venue address and requested time so it can assess a suitable landing point and we can plan the drive from there.
How many passengers and bags can fly?
The aviation provider confirms the passenger and baggage limits for the aircraft and route offered. Send the full headcount and bag sizes with your request. Ground-vehicle capacities are separate from the helicopter’s limits.
Can you combine a flight with a private tour or business visit?
Yes. We connect the requested flight with private Mercedes transfers, licensed guiding, hotel arrangements and meeting schedules. Your RT Tours contact brings the confirmed components into the wider itinerary.
What happens if the flight schedule changes?
The aviation provider makes flight-operating decisions. We coordinate revised ground pickups and onward arrangements with the provider and your planning contact. The proposal sets out flight, ground-service and change terms before booking.
