What are you planning?

Pick the closest one. If your trip is two of these at once, that's normal — tell us both.

A private driver for the trip

A car and a driver for the days you need them — Jerusalem, the Dead Sea, the Galilee, and the roads between.

Day trips — Jerusalem, Masada, the Galilee

A private car and driver for the day. When the history is the reason you came, we bring in a licensed guide.

Ben Gurion arrivals and departures

Send us the flight number. We handle the ground transfer, and can request airport Fast Track through its authorized provider.

A family trip across three generations

Different flights, different paces, grandparents and teenagers in the same week.

A bar or bat mitzvah

The morning at the Kotel, the days around it, and everyone in the right place.

Travel around the Jewish holidays

Pesach, Sukkot, and weeks where transport and fixed family times must work together.

A group tour or a mission

Multiple arrivals, several hotels, one itinerary, and a schedule that changes.

A wedding in Israel

A car for the couple, vehicles for both families, and shuttles for guests who flew in.

A business trip or a corporate event

Meetings across a city, a roadshow, a visiting client, or a hotel-based event.

Already have a guide, a planner, or a full itinerary?

Most of our work sits underneath someone else’s plan.

Your guide runs the sites. Your planner runs the day. Your family runs its own schedule. We run the vehicle, the driver, and the timing between all of it — and we’re used to being one of several people you’re coordinating, not the one in charge.

Send us the itinerary you already have. We’ll tell you which parts we can hold together, and which parts need a second vehicle or a different start time.

How it works

  1. Tell us the shape of the trip

Dates, how many people, where you're staying, and what the days look like. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

  2. We come back with a plan and a quote

Written, for your actual itinerary — we don’t publish a rate card. What it covers, and what would change it, is spelled out in the quote.

  3. A driver and a car for every day you book

Before you travel, we agree the vehicle, the hours, and who coordinates what.

What we run

Mercedes-Benz only, driven by our people. Every vehicle comes with our driver; we don't rent cars.

A black Mercedes-Benz S-Class sedan from the RT Tours fleet.

S-Class

Up to 3 passengers, excluding the driver. The quiet one — a sedan for a couple, or for a traveler who wants to arrive unhurried and work on the way.

A black Mercedes-Benz V-Class van from the RT Tours fleet.

V-Class

Up to 7 passengers. The family van — room for car seats, strollers, and a week’s worth of luggage.

A black Mercedes-Benz Sprinter from the RT Tours fleet.

Sprinter

Up to 16 passengers. The group vehicle — one bus for the whole party, so nobody is split across two cars.

Seats and luggage are confirmed in writing with your quote, for your actual party and your actual route.

Our own drivers work in Hebrew, English, and Russian. Arabic and French are arranged through licensed subcontractors. We operate across Israel, 365 days a year, including Shabbat and holidays.

We are a VIP travel and transport company: our vehicles, our drivers, and the coordination around them. We are not a car-rental company and not a security company. Our drivers are not licensed tour guides — when you want guiding, we bring in a licensed guide and tell you exactly which part is which.

One arrival, or a driver for the whole trip?

Most trips end up as both: the arrival, then the days. Ask for both in one message and we'll quote them together.

Questions we get asked

What exactly does RT Tours do?

We provide the vehicle, the driver, and the timing for your days in Israel — airport arrivals and departures, private driving, private touring days, family and event transport, and group movement. We don't sell fixed-departure group packages; the proposal is built around your own dates and route.

How much does it cost?

We don't publish a rate card. Every quote is written for the actual dates, route, party size, and vehicle, and what it covers is written into it. Send us the trip and you'll get the number in writing.

How long have you been doing this?

Since 1996, with 50,000+ trips and transfers completed. The current booking confirms the vehicle, driver, and coordination scope for your dates.

What do you drive?

Mercedes-Benz only — S-Class, V-Class, and Sprinter. Every vehicle comes with our driver; we don't rent cars.

What languages do your drivers speak?

Our own drivers work in Hebrew, English, and Russian. Arabic and French are arranged through licensed subcontractors.

Do you drive on Shabbat and holidays?

Yes. We operate 365 days a year. Tell us the dates, route, and requirements; the service window and vehicle are confirmed in writing.

Where do you operate?

Across Israel. The exact route, vehicle, and availability are confirmed for your actual booking.

What does the full satisfaction guarantee actually mean?

It means we stand behind what we deliver — our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination — and will do everything reasonably within our control to put a problem right. If something isn't what we agreed, tell us, ideally during the trip so it can still be fixed. Where part of your booking is delivered by a licensed guide, an aviation operator, or the airport's fast-track provider, we take it up with them for you. How the guarantee applies to your booking is written into your confirmation.

Tell us about the trip.

Dates, headcount, and where you’re staying — that’s enough to start. Messages are monitored 365 days a year, and WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us about a near-term trip.
