02Mercedes-Benz V-Class
Two vehicles, each for up to 7 passengers. A practical choice for families and small groups sharing a car. We plan the seating around child seats, suitcases and strollers, including every passenger on the itinerary.
03Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
Two vehicles, each for up to 16 passengers. For family celebrations, delegations and groups travelling together. Send the complete headcount and luggage list so we can confirm the arrangement for airport days and touring days.
Seats are only the starting point
Seven people travelling between meetings have different requirements from seven people arriving with checked bags and a stroller. Send a luggage count and flag oversized items, equipment and mobility aids. We confirm the vehicle and the practical arrangement before booking.
Child seats are provided at no extra charge. Share each child’s age and height when booking. If a licensed guide joins you in the vehicle, include the guide in the passenger count. For mobility needs, tell us about boarding and walking requirements so we can discuss a suitable plan.

Send dates, pickup and destination addresses, passenger numbers, luggage and any fixed appointments. Your written proposal confirms the vehicle, service hours, route, included arrangements and price. If your plans change, send the revised details so we can check the vehicle schedule and update the scope before confirming the change.

Can I rent a Mercedes without a driver?
RT Tours provides vehicles with drivers. We do not offer self-drive car rental.
How many vehicles do you own?
Our own fleet consists of two Mercedes-Benz S-Class, two V-Class and two Sprinter vehicles.
Does the passenger capacity include the driver?
No. The capacities are up to 3 passengers in an S-Class, 7 in a V-Class and 16 in a Sprinter, excluding the driver. We confirm the arrangement with your luggage, child seats and any accompanying guide.
Can you arrange a licensed guide?
Yes. We arrange a licensed guide for the visits and touring content. The driver handles the vehicle and road travel.
How do I get a price?
Send your dates, route, service hours, headcount and luggage details. We prepare a written proposal for that trip.
