The people and luggage determine the vehicle.
Two S-Class, two V-Class and two Sprinter vehicles in our owned fleet. Up to 3, 7 and 16 passengers respectively, excluding the driver. We check luggage, child seats, boarding needs and a seat for any accompanying guide for each journey.
Our employed drivers speak Hebrew, English and Russian. Arabic and French driving services are arranged through licensed subcontractors. Guide language and availability are confirmed separately.

Can you book hotels and airport VIP services?
Our team helps book hotels and tours, arranges airport transfers, and coordinates airport VIP assistance through authorized providers. Your RT Tours contact brings these arrangements into your itinerary.
Do child seats cost extra?
Child seats are provided at no extra charge. Send each child’s age and size, along with your passenger and luggage details, and we’ll take care of the seating arrangements.
Do you own the vehicles or subcontract them?
RT Tours operates its Mercedes-Benz fleet with its own drivers. The vehicle class, driver details, and any separate provider are identified in the written confirmation.
Will we have the same driver all week?
Tell us if having the same driver throughout matters to you. We will check the driver’s availability and working hours for your itinerary and confirm the arrangement in your proposal.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
We use the latest available flight information to coordinate your pickup. Send us any airline updates; your RT Tours contact will confirm the meeting arrangements. Your written proposal sets out waiting time and any additional charges.
What does the quote include?
Your proposal lists the Mercedes, driver, route, service hours and included arrangements, together with the total and terms for changes. Review the complete plan before confirming.

What if something goes wrong?
Every booking carries our full satisfaction guarantee, covering what we deliver — our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put a problem right. Tell us during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed. How the guarantee applies is written into your confirmation.
How do we pay from the US?
We send a payment link you can use from anywhere. A bank transfer works too, and you can settle in cash on the day if you prefer. Your written quote states the total and what is due when, before you confirm anything.
What if we need to cancel or move the date?
For your RT Tours transport booking, cancel more than 48 hours before pickup and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the transport booking is charged. Hotels, venues, aviation and other separately arranged services have their own provider terms, set out in the relevant booking confirmation.
Are you licensed and insured?
RT Tours holds the licensing required to run a tourism company in Israel. Every vehicle in the fleet is insured and licensed to carry passengers. Ask us for the details covering your booking and our team will send them.
