All our drivers are certified and experienced. Tell us what matters for your trip and ask for the driver’s details, including languages and experience.
Can you book hotels and airport VIP services?
Our team helps book hotels and tours, arranges airport transfers, and coordinates airport VIP assistance through authorized providers. Your RT Tours contact brings these arrangements into your itinerary.
Do child seats cost extra?
Child seats are provided at no extra charge. Send each child’s age and size, along with your passenger and luggage details, and we’ll take care of the seating arrangements.
Do you own the vehicles or subcontract them?
RT Tours operates its Mercedes-Benz fleet with its own drivers. The vehicle class, driver details, and any separate provider are identified in the written confirmation.
Will we have the same driver all week?
Tell us if having the same driver throughout matters to you. We will check the driver’s availability and working hours for your itinerary and confirm the arrangement in your proposal.
What happens if our flight is delayed?
We use the latest available flight information to coordinate your pickup. Send us any airline updates; your RT Tours contact will confirm the meeting arrangements. Your written proposal sets out waiting time and any additional charges.
What does the quote include?
Your proposal lists the Mercedes, driver, route, service hours and included arrangements, together with the total and terms for changes. Review the complete plan before confirming.
