Premium ground travel · Israel · Since 1996

Luxury is a word. Here is what we actually do.

Premium ground travel should be clear about what is supplied, who operates the vehicle, what happens when plans change, and what the quote covers. Here is the RT Tours scope.

Six things you can check

01

Mercedes-Benz vehicles

Mercedes-Benz only — S-Class, V-Class, and Sprinter. Every vehicle is supplied with a driver; the class and allocation are confirmed for the booking.

02

A named coordination thread

We keep the booking in one RT Tours coordination thread. Driver continuity can be planned where availability and driving hours allow, but a named driver is promised only when confirmed in writing.

03

A clear coordination contact

Your written scope names the contact for the booking. When the day changes, send the request through that channel so the vehicle, driver, and hours can be checked.

04

A written scope, not a verbal one

The quote says which vehicle, which hours, what is included, and what would change the number. There is no rate card, because no two trips are the same shape — but there is no ambiguity either.

05

We answer

Messages are monitored 365 days a year, including Shabbat and holidays. We do not publish a guaranteed response time because a responsible answer may require checking vehicles, drivers, routes, or third-party availability.

06

Since 1996

50,000+ trips and transfers. The same company, with our own vehicles, our own drivers, and a written scope for each booking.

What premium doesn't mean here

It doesn't mean champagne in the car and it doesn't mean a longer list of adjectives. It means we use the flight details you provide to coordinate the pickup, ask about mobility before the day, and re-check the remaining scope when a meeting runs over. Expensive things are usually calm. That is most of what we're selling.

What we do, and what we bring in

RT Tours is a VIP travel and transport company in Israel: our vehicles, our drivers, and the coordination around them. We are not a car-rental company and not a security company, and our drivers are not licensed tour guides. When you want guiding, we arrange a licensed guide and tell you exactly which part is which.

What you travel in

Mercedes-Benz only, driven by our own people. Every vehicle comes with a driver; we don’t rent cars.

Seats and luggage are confirmed in writing with your quote, for your actual party and route.

01

S-Class

Up to 3 passengers, excluding the driver. The quiet flagship for a couple or executive traveler; luggage and mobility needs are confirmed before allocation.

02

V-Class

Up to 7 passengers, excluding the driver. Luggage, car seats, mobility needs, and the final vehicle allocation are confirmed for the actual party.

03

Sprinter

Up to 16 passengers, excluding the driver. The group can move together when passenger count, luggage, equipment, and access fit the confirmed vehicle.

How it works

01

Tell us the shape of the trip

Dates, how many people, where you are staying, and what is already booked.

02

We come back with a plan and a written quote

The vehicle, hours, scope, and what would change it — in writing.

03

One clear contact

A named coordination contact for the confirmed booking and its change requests.

The questions worth asking any operator

Do you own the vehicles or subcontract them?

RT Tours operates its Mercedes-Benz fleet with its own drivers. The vehicle class, driver details, and any separate provider are identified in the written confirmation.

Will we have the same driver all week?

We plan for continuity where availability and the driving schedule allow it, but we do not promise one named driver unless that is confirmed in writing. The written scope names the coordination contact for the booking.

What happens if our flight is delayed?

Send us the flight details and we will use the latest available arrival information when coordinating the pickup. Airport access, immigration, baggage, and any extra waiting or service time remain subject to the written terms and what the airport permits.

What does the quote include?

It says so, in writing, before you agree to it: the vehicle, the hours, what's covered, and what would change the number.

How quickly do you reply?

Messages are monitored 365 days a year. We do not promise a fixed response time because an accurate answer may require checking vehicles, routes, or partner availability.

Do you have a rate card?

No, and we'd be suspicious of one. A fixed price list means either the trip is a package or somebody is averaging.

What if something goes wrong?

Every booking carries our full satisfaction guarantee, covering what we deliver — our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put a problem right. Tell us during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed. How the guarantee applies is written into your confirmation.

A full satisfaction guarantee on every booking.

If what we delivered isn't what we agreed, tell us — during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed while it matters. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put it right. The guarantee covers what RT Tours provides: our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. Where a licensed guide, an aviation operator, or the airport's fast-track provider delivers part of your booking, we'll take it up with them on your behalf and tell you honestly what we can and can't change.

How the guarantee is applied to your booking is set out in your written confirmation.
