Arrival waves
Each flight is planned against its actual timing, authorized pickup point, passengers, luggage, hotel, and confirmed vehicle. We return one arrival plan instead of making the organizer hold separate threads.

A mission isn't a large family trip. Arrivals may be staggered, hotel lists change, and the person responsible is answering to a board, a rabbi, or a committee. What that organizer needs is a written movement plan, a named decision path, and one coordination thread when the itinerary changes.

Your written confirmation names the contact and the route of communication for the mission. If the itinerary changes, send it through that channel so we can check the vehicles, drivers, and scope before confirming an adjustment.
The reverse of the arrivals, which is the part most groups plan last and regret.
Our own S-Class, V-Class and Sprinter fleet forms the core of the group plan. When additional vehicles are needed, we identify the partner-operated arrangements in your proposal.
Your educator or program staff can lead the content while RT Tours coordinates the transport and trip details. We also arrange licensed guides when needed. Any protective component is handled separately by licensed partners.
Send us the itinerarySend dates, passenger numbers, flights, hotels and the itinerary. Name one group contact so route updates and pickup instructions reach everyone through the same channel.
Even a draft. We'd rather see the shape early than a finished document late.
Vehicle by vehicle, day by day. What it covers and what would change it is written into it, which matters when you're presenting a budget to somebody else.
The written plan names the contact for the mission and the channel for changes; we check vehicles, drivers, and scope before confirming an adjustment.
Yes. Group size, multi-day arrivals, vehicle coverage, and accessibility are covered on our general group page. Read about group travel in Israel.
The confirmed vehicle hours, decision-maker, and change conditions are written into the plan. One RT Tours coordination thread receives changes, checks the driver schedule and supplier constraints, and tells you what can be re-timed.
RT Tours provides transport and concierge coordination. If your institution requires security, we coordinate a separately contracted service through licensed partners.
That’s the normal arrangement. They run the content and the sites; we run the vehicles and the timing.
A written quote broken down by vehicle and day, with the scope and the change conditions written into it — so it holds up when you present it.
Send us the dates, headcount, hotels, and the draft itinerary. We will turn it into a vehicle plan and a written quote.
