Family trips · Israel · Since 1996

Three generations, one week, four different paces.

Different flights, children’s routines and grandparents’ pace can all fit into one family trip. We organize pickups, days out, licensed guides and concierge requests around the people travelling with you.

Where family trips actually come apart

01

The arrivals

Half the family lands Sunday morning, the other half Monday night, and someone is trying to organize both from a hotel lobby. We run each arrival on its own flight time and get everyone to the same place.

02

The luggage

Nine suitcases, a stroller, and a duty-free bag. This is the single most common reason a family ends up in two cars instead of one — and it's easier to solve before you land than at the kerb.

03

The middle of the afternoon

The point at which the grandparents are done and the teenagers are not. If the family may need to split, we plan the vehicle coverage before the day instead of assuming one car can be in two places.

04

The walk from the drop-off

Many sites have a designated drop-off followed by a walk. We check the approach and describe the walking distance so you can plan comfortably.

05

The evening

Dinner across town with nine people and no one wanting to drive at night in a country they don't know.

One transport plan for the week, not rides booked one at a time

Booking transport ride by ride becomes harder when the day changes. With a multi-day RT Tours proposal, the luggage, car-seat, mobility, pickup, and timing requirements can be kept in one written plan, even if an operational change requires a different driver or vehicle.

A mid-afternoon change still has limits. We check the confirmed hours, route, driver schedule, and any supplier bookings, then tell you what can move and what it affects.

The vehicle question

V-Class carries up to 7 passengers, S-Class up to 3, and Sprinter up to 16, each excluding the driver. We match your passenger count, luggage, car seats and mobility needs to the vehicle before booking.

Send the children’s ages, luggage count and any mobility requirements. Your written quote confirms the vehicle or combination of vehicles for your family.

Kids and grandparents, specifically

01

Car seats

Send the children’s ages, heights if known, and luggage details. We confirm suitable car seats and the vehicle before booking.

02

Mobility

Tell us what your family needs and we will check the legal drop-off, expected walk, vehicle entry, and site access for the proposed route. When a site or vehicle is not suitable, we say so before the day.

03

Pacing

Send us the itinerary and we'll say which days are too full to drive as written. We'd rather tell you in March than at eleven o'clock on a Tuesday.

If you already have a guide

Send us the itinerary they built. Your guide runs the sites and the story; we run the vehicle and the clock. Most of the family weeks we drive were designed by somebody else, and that's the arrangement that works best.

How it works

01

Send your dates

WhatsApp or the form, with your dates, party size, and what the trip is for.

02

Get a written quote

Your day-by-day plan includes the vehicles, chosen services, price and terms for changes.

03

The pickup plan is confirmed

Flight details, language requirements, vehicle assignment, and pickup instructions are stated in writing and updated when confirmed conditions change.

What families ask

Do you provide car seats?

Send the children’s ages, heights if known, and luggage details. We confirm suitable car seats and the vehicle before booking.

My mother uses a walker. Can she manage a day in Jerusalem?

It depends on the sites, the legal drop-offs, and what she can manage. Tell us about steps, distance, and transfers; we will check the proposed route and say clearly which stops need changing or leaving out.

Can one vehicle hold our whole family?

Often, yes — and sometimes the honest answer is two. Send us the headcount, the ages, and the luggage and we'll tell you which, with the seats and luggage confirmed in writing in the quote.

We land on two different days. Is that a problem?

Not necessarily. Send both flights and the hotel details; we will check vehicle and driver availability for each arrival and return one written pickup plan.

Should we book a driver for every day?

Not necessarily. Some days are genuinely walkable from a well-placed hotel. Send the itinerary and we'll tell you which days don't need us.

What does it cost?

There's no rate card. The quote is written against your actual dates, route, party size, and vehicle.

A full satisfaction guarantee on every booking.

Every booking carries our full satisfaction guarantee. Tell us if something needs attention, ideally during the trip so we can act while it matters. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put it right, and coordinate with any independent provider involved.

How the guarantee is applied to your booking is set out in your written confirmation.
