The Jerusalem day
Hotel to the Old City before the crowds, out to Machane Yehuda for lunch, an afternoon stop wherever your guide takes you, back for dinner reservations. Your driver holds the day together while you're inside.
The Dead Sea and Masada day
A pre-dawn start can be planned for a sunrise visit; we check the actual date, hotel, access, vehicle, and return scope before confirming the route.
The North day
Tzfat's alleys, a Golan lookout, a Kinneret stop — long roads where the car you're in decides how the day feels.
The fleet
Mercedes-Benz only, driven by our own people. Every vehicle comes with a driver; we don’t rent cars.
Seats and luggage are confirmed in writing with your quote, for your actual party and route.
S-Class
Up to 3 passengers, excluding the driver. The quiet flagship for a couple or executive traveler; luggage and mobility needs are confirmed before allocation.
V-Class
Up to 7 passengers, excluding the driver. Luggage, car seats, mobility needs, and the final vehicle allocation are confirmed for the actual party.
Sprinter
Up to 16 passengers, excluding the driver. The group can move together when passenger count, luggage, equipment, and access fit the confirmed vehicle.
Our role
RT Tours is a VIP travel and transport company in Israel: our vehicles, our drivers, and the coordination around them. We are not a car-rental company and not a security company, and our drivers are not licensed tour guides. When you want guiding, we arrange a licensed guide and tell you exactly which part is which.
Straight answers
Do the drivers speak English?
Yes. Our own drivers work in Hebrew, English, and Russian; Arabic and French are arranged through licensed subcontractors. We can communicate the written scope in English.
Can you arrange fast-track at Ben Gurion?
Yes. Fast-track at Ben Gurion is a service run by the airport’s authorized provider — we book it for you and time it against your car so the two connect. We don’t operate it ourselves, and what it includes depends on the package booked. The details are on the airport page.
We already have a tour guide — how do you work together?
Well, and often. Your licensed guide runs the sites; we run the vehicle, the timing, and the logistics. Send us the itinerary your guide built and we’ll tell you where the driving day needs adjusting.
How does payment work from the US?
You approve a written quote before anything is booked. It’s built for your actual itinerary rather than taken from a rate card, and what it covers — along with what would change it — is written into it.
How far ahead should we book for Pesach or the summer?
Once your dates are reasonably firm, especially for holidays and summer. We check the actual vehicle and driver availability for your request; no vehicle is reserved until it is confirmed in writing.
Can you run guest shuttles for a simcha?
Yes — Sprinter shuttles with pickup lists and hotel coordination when included in the written event plan. More on the weddings page.
A full satisfaction guarantee on every booking.
If what we delivered isn't what we agreed, tell us — during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed while it matters. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put it right. The guarantee covers what RT Tours provides: our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. Where a licensed guide, an aviation operator, or the airport's fast-track provider delivers part of your booking, we'll take it up with them on your behalf and tell you honestly what we can and can't change.
