Your quote is based on the Mercedes, route and service hours you reserve. Before you book, RT Tours confirms the total, the journeys and waiting covered, and any selected guiding or concierge services in writing.

Send your dates, pickup and destination, passenger count and luggage. For a reserved day, add the stops, fixed times and waiting you need; for several days, include the hotels and journeys already planned. Mention child seats, boarding needs and any accompanying licensed guide so the vehicle plan accounts for everyone travelling.

All our drivers are certified and experienced. Ask us about the driver for your trip, including their languages and experience, and our team will share the details.

Child seats are provided at no extra charge. Tell us each child’s age and size when you book so we can arrange the seats and plan the vehicle space around your family and luggage.

Yes. Send your flight details, hotel or planned overnight stops, and the days you want a driver. RT Tours connects your airport pickup, private driving and selected tours in one plan. We arrange a licensed guide for guided visits; the driver handles transport and pickups. You can keep time for independent exploring and request hotel or reservation help through our concierge team. Yes. Our own drivers speak English, Hebrew and Russian. Arabic and French are arranged through licensed subcontractors.

Yes. We book fast-track with the authorized airport provider and coordinate it with your transfer. Your proposal lists the package and included services. See the airport page.

Your licensed guide leads the visits; your driver handles the vehicle and pickups. Send us the itinerary and we’ll coordinate the route and timing with your guide. Count a guide riding in the vehicle among the passengers, alongside your group, when sending the headcount and luggage details.

Get in touch once your dates are reasonably firm, especially for holidays and summer. We will check vehicles and drivers for your group and send the booking details.

We send a payment link you can use from anywhere. A bank transfer works too, and you can settle in cash on the day if you prefer. Your written quote states the total and what is due when, before you confirm anything.

Cancel more than 48 hours before your pickup and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the booking is charged, the way a hotel reservation works. Your written confirmation sets out the terms that apply to your dates.

RT Tours holds the licensing required to run a tourism company in Israel. Every vehicle in the fleet is insured and licensed to carry passengers. Ask us for the details covering your booking and our team will send them.
