Arrivals
Flights that land hours or days apart, each met on its own time and delivered to the right hotel. You get one arrival plan, not six threads.

Twenty people, four hotels, an itinerary that may change before you land, and one named organizer coordinating the requests. Groups need a clear movement plan between the sites; that is the transport layer we run.

Flights that land hours or days apart, each met on its own time and delivered to the right hotel. You get one arrival plan, not six threads.
Pickup lists per hotel, staggered departures, and a clear coordination contact for the confirmed movement plan.
Reserve your Mercedes and driver for the route and hours in your plan. If your itinerary changes, our team checks the schedule and confirms the revised arrangements and any additional charges.
A site added at breakfast, a session that runs long, a stop dropped. Tell the driver or tell the office — the rest of the day gets re-timed rather than re-booked.
The reverse of the arrivals, and the part most groups plan last and regret.
Our own Mercedes-Benz fleet and drivers form the transport plan. For a larger group, we can add partner-operated vehicles and identify those arrangements in your proposal.
If your group requires a protective service, we coordinate that request separately with a licensed partner. RT Tours remains responsible for the transport and coordination it provides.
Send us the itineraryA large share of group travel to Israel is people in their sixties, seventies, and eighties, and the honest version of that conversation is worth having early.
What we can do: discuss mobility before the day, use legal drop-off points where access allows, plan the route order around walking tolerance and weather, and leave enough time for a realistic pace.
Our own fleet has standard vehicle seats and no wheelchair lift. If a guest can transfer to a seat, tell us about the wheelchair and assistance needed so we can check the fit. For a guest who needs to remain seated in a wheelchair, discuss that requirement with us before planning the transport.
The walks are the real variable. Site access in Israel ranges from excellent to genuinely impossible and it often varies within one site. Tell us the specific sites and we'll describe the approach from the drop-off honestly, before the week is built around it.
Send dates, passenger numbers, flights, hotels and the itinerary. Name one group contact so route updates and pickup instructions reach everyone through the same channel.
Even a draft. We'd rather see the shape early than a finished document late.
Vehicle by vehicle, day by day, with what's covered and what would change it written in.
Your written scope names the contact for the booking and the channel for change requests.
Tell us the headcount and dates and we'll tell you what runs on our own vehicles and what would run on a partner operator's — before you commit.
It can be planned. Send each flight and hotel detail; we will confirm the arrival movements and vehicles separately in the written plan.
The written plan names the coordination contact and change conditions. When something moves, we check vehicle, driver, route, and remaining hours before confirming what can be re-timed.
Not in our own vehicles — we don't operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles or have a lift. If someone can transfer into a standard seat, tell us early and we will check the vehicle, access, and route. If the request does not fit our vehicles, we will say so before the day.
Guiding is a licensed profession in Israel and our drivers aren't licensed guides. If your group needs one we'll arrange a licensed guide; if you're travelling with your own educator or guide we work underneath them.
No. We are not a security company. If your group requires it, it's separately contracted through licensed partners.
A written quote broken down by vehicle and day, with the scope and change conditions written into it — so it holds up when you present it.
Every booking carries our full satisfaction guarantee. Tell us if something needs attention, ideally during the trip so we can act while it matters. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put it right, and coordinate with any independent provider involved.
How the guarantee is applied to your booking is set out in your written confirmation.
A draft is enough. We will turn the movement into one plan and a written quote.
