What we do

01

Private day trips

Masada at sunrise, a day in the Old City, the Galilee and Nazareth, the Dead Sea. Your vehicle, your schedule, a licensed guide on the days you want one.

Airport arrivals and departures

Flight details checked, the driver coordinated at the authorized pickup point, optional fast-track requested through the airport provider, and private-aviation arrivals coordinated with the airport or FBO when cleared.

Family trips

Three generations, different flights, different paces, one week that has to work for all of them.

Business days and premium ground travel

A day of meetings across several addresses, or multiple service windows where the vehicle, driver, and scope are written down in advance.

What premium ground travel means

Not a fixed-departure tour

Some Israel tours run on a fixed departure and shared coach; that can be the right fit for a different kind of trip. RT Tours is for guests who want a private vehicle and a plan built around their own dates.

You tell us the dates you're already flying on and we build a proposal around them. Your vehicle and driver are confirmed for the booking, and a licensed guide can be added on the days where interpretation matters. Departure times and day changes depend on the route, availability, and what is approved in writing.

There is no rate card, because no two weeks are the same shape. Send us yours and you'll get a written quote against it.

What we're accountable for — and what we bring in

Ours. The vehicles and the drivers are our own. We build the route, hold the timing, and stay reachable while the day is running. If a pickup is late, that is our problem and we will not explain it away.

Brought in, and named as such. Guiding is a licensed profession in Israel and our drivers are not licensed guides — when you want proper interpretation at a site we bring in a licensed guide and tell you exactly which part is which. Fast-track at Ben Gurion is the airport's authorized provider's service. Helicopter flights are flown by a licensed aviation operator. Where protective services are needed they are separately contracted through licensed partners — we are not a security company. And every vehicle comes with our driver; we don't rent cars.

Knowing which of those is which is most of what an operator is for.

How an inquiry becomes a plan

  1. 01

Send the shape of the trip

Dates, how many people, where you're staying, and what you already have booked. A rough idea is enough — most people write to us before the hotels are confirmed.

  2. 02

We come back with a written scope and a quote

Day by day, against your actual itinerary: which vehicle, which hours, what's included, and what would change the number. Not an estimate that grows later.

  3. 03

    One clear coordination contact

The airport, the days, the evening runs, and the departure can be scoped together. Messages are monitored 365 days a year; the timing of a complete answer depends on what must be confirmed.

What you travel in

Mercedes-Benz only, driven by our own people. Every vehicle comes with a driver; we don’t rent cars.

Seats and luggage are confirmed in writing with your quote, for your actual party and route.

Mercedes-Benz S-Class
01

S-Class

Up to 3 passengers, excluding the driver. The quiet flagship for a couple or executive traveler; luggage and mobility needs are confirmed before allocation.

Mercedes-Benz V-Class
02

V-Class

Up to 7 passengers, excluding the driver. Luggage, car seats, mobility needs, and the final vehicle allocation are confirmed for the actual party.

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter
03

Sprinter

Up to 16 passengers, excluding the driver. The group can move together when passenger count, luggage, equipment, and access fit the confirmed vehicle.

Where people actually go

Most weeks are built from the same handful of days, arranged differently: Jerusalem and the Old City, the Dead Sea and Masada, the Galilee and Nazareth, Caesarea, Tel Aviv and Jaffa.

03

The Galilee and Nazareth

The north, and the question of whether it deserves one day or two.

05

Trips with a reason behind them

Bar and bat mitzvah weeks, holiday travel, family visits, and missions — the trips where the date is set by something other than a flight sale.

Questions we get from the US

Are you a tour company or a transport company?

Both. We're a VIP travel and transport company: we supply the vehicles and drivers, and we build and run the days. What we don't sell is a fixed-departure group package — everything is built around your own dates and route.

Do we get a guide?

On the days you want one. Guiding is a licensed profession in Israel and our drivers aren't licensed guides, so when you want real interpretation at a site we bring in a licensed guide for that day. On a beach day or an airport day, a driver alone is usually all you need.

How much does a trip like this cost?

There's no rate card. The quote is written against your actual dates, route, party size, and vehicle, and what it covers — plus what would change it — is written into it. Send us the shape of the trip and we'll reply with the applicable amount.

Do you drive on Shabbat and holidays?

Yes. We operate 365 days a year. How your own family observes is your call — tell us what you need and the plan follows.

What languages do your drivers speak?

Our own drivers work in Hebrew, English, and Russian. Arabic and French are arranged through licensed subcontractors.

How long have you been doing this?

Since 1996, with 50,000+ trips and transfers completed.

Can you meet a private aircraft?

Yes. We meet the aircraft and drive from there, subject to the clearance the airport and your FBO grant for that flight. Mandatory immigration, customs, and security procedures still apply to everyone.

What if something goes wrong?

Every booking carries our full satisfaction guarantee, covering what we deliver — our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put a problem right. Tell us during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed. How the guarantee applies is written into your confirmation.

A full satisfaction guarantee on every booking.

If what we delivered isn't what we agreed, tell us — during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed while it matters. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put it right. The guarantee covers what RT Tours provides: our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. Where a licensed guide, an aviation operator, or the airport's fast-track provider delivers part of your booking, we'll take it up with them on your behalf and tell you honestly what we can and can't change.

How the guarantee is applied to your booking is set out in your written confirmation.

Tell us about the trip

Dates, headcount, and where you're staying is enough to start. Messages are monitored 365 days a year, and WhatsApp is the quickest channel for a near-term request.
