What we run
Arrivals and departures
Flight details checked, the driver coordinated at the authorized pickup point, and fast-track requested through the airport's authorized provider if you want it. Private-aviation pickups are coordinated with the airport or FBO and remain subject to their clearance.
Delegations
Several people arriving separately, a shared schedule, and one plan holding it together.
Hotel and conference events
Guests arriving from the airport at different hours, a speaker who has to be somewhere else, and an evening off-site that has to bring everyone back.
Repeat visitors
Repeat-visitor transport with the vehicle, driver, and service windows confirmed for each request.
Where the value actually is
Not only in the vehicle, though the vehicle matters. It is in checking the route, hours, and driver availability when a meeting overruns or a location changes. The written scope names the contact and the conditions for adding time or a vehicle.
Around a conference or company event
An event at a hotel is a logistics problem before it's an event: guests arriving from Ben Gurion at different hours, a speaker who has to arrive and leave between two other commitments, an off-site dinner that takes everyone out of the hotel and has to bring them back. We build that as one movement plan — who, when, which vehicle — and hold it against your team and the venue. We're the transport. We don't produce the event and we don't represent the hotel.
What we don't do
We are not a security company. We don't provide close protection, armed drivers, or armored vehicles, and we won't imply otherwise. Where a visit genuinely requires a protective component, it is separately contracted through licensed partners.
What you travel in
Mercedes-Benz only, driven by our own people. Every vehicle comes with a driver; we don’t rent cars.
Seats and luggage are confirmed in writing with your quote, for your actual party and route.
S-Class
Up to 3 passengers, excluding the driver. The quiet flagship for a couple or executive traveler; luggage and mobility needs are confirmed before allocation.
V-Class
Up to 7 passengers, excluding the driver. Luggage, car seats, mobility needs, and the final vehicle allocation are confirmed for the actual party.
Sprinter
Up to 16 passengers, excluding the driver. The group can move together when passenger count, luggage, equipment, and access fit the confirmed vehicle.

We come back with a movement plan and a written quote
Vehicle, hours, route, scope, and change conditions in writing.
Changes are checked against the plan
When a meeting moves, we check whether the remaining hours, route and driver availability can absorb the change before confirming it.
Questions from business visitors
Can the car stay with us all day?
It can be included when the hours, route, and driver availability support it. The waiting window and any additional hours are written into the quote.
What if the schedule changes mid-day?
Tell the driver or the office. We will check whether the remaining day can be re-timed; additional hours, vehicles, or third-party changes are confirmed before they are added.
Can you meet a private aircraft?
Yes. We meet the aircraft and drive from there, subject to the clearance the airport and your FBO grant for that flight. Mandatory immigration, customs, and security procedures apply to everyone.
Do you provide security?
No. We are not a security company. Where a protective component is genuinely required it is separately contracted through licensed partners.
Can you invoice a company?
Payment and invoicing terms are set out in your written confirmation — ask when you request the quote and we'll confirm before you commit.
Do you work with hotels for corporate events?
We coordinate with the hotel and your team on the movement plan. We're the transport company, not the hotel's agent and not the event producer.
