The morning itself
Whoever is arranging the reading — your rabbi, your synagogue, or the organization handling it in Jerusalem — sets the day and time. Tell us the confirmed ceremony details and which part of the plaza your family will use, and we build the transport plan backwards from them.
Before the day, we confirm vehicle assignments, loading order, the closest legal drop-off the day's access allows, the expected walk, and the pickup point after the ceremony. Nothing drives to the Wall itself, and government or site access can change, so the final movement plan follows the conditions confirmed for your date.

Our role
Your rabbi runs the ceremony, your guide tells the story, and your planner sets the week. RT Tours builds and runs the confirmed movement plan underneath them: vehicle assignments, pickup windows, legal drop-offs, and the route between each fixed point. We are the transport and coordination layer, not the guide or event planner.
What families ask
Can you coordinate with our photographer and guide?
We can include the contacts and timing they provide in the written movement plan. We run the vehicles and transport timing; the guide and photographer remain responsible for their own work.
My parents can't do a lot of walking. How do you handle that?
Tell us what they can manage. We check the vehicle entry, legal drop-off, expected walk, and site access for the proposed route, then say what can be adapted and which stops may not work.
Do we need to plan around Shabbat?
We operate 365 days a year, including Shabbat and holidays, subject to availability for the actual time and route. How your family observes is your call. If you want everything finished before candle-lighting, say so and we'll build the proposed day backwards from it.

We can connect you with licensed guides we work with — and if you already have one, even better.
How far ahead should we book?
Once the date, hotel area, and approximate family size are known, it is useful to ask. We check actual vehicle and driver availability for your dates and confirm only what we can provide in writing.
What does it cost?
Every family's week is different, so we don't publish a rate card — we write a quote against your actual itinerary, and what it covers, plus what would change it, is written into it.

If what we delivered isn't what we agreed, tell us — during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed while it matters. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put it right. The guarantee covers what RT Tours provides: our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. Where a licensed guide, an aviation operator, or the airport's fast-track provider delivers part of your booking, we'll take it up with them on your behalf and tell you honestly what we can and can't change.
