Whoever is arranging the reading — your rabbi, your synagogue, or the organization handling it in Jerusalem — sets the day and time. Tell us the confirmed ceremony details and which part of the plaza your family will use, and we build the transport plan backwards from them.
Before the day, we confirm vehicle assignments, loading order, the legal drop-off, expected walk and pickup after the ceremony. The site and authorities determine permitted access for your date; we connect the vehicle plan with your ceremony arrangements and the family’s mobility needs.

Can you coordinate with our photographer and guide?
We can include the contacts and timing they provide in the written movement plan. We run the vehicles and transport timing; the guide and photographer remain responsible for their own work.
My parents can't do a lot of walking. How do you handle that?
Tell us what they can manage. We check the vehicle entry, legal drop-off, expected walk, and site access for the proposed route, then say what can be adapted and which stops may not work.
Do we need to plan around Shabbat?
We operate 365 days a year, including Shabbat and holidays, subject to availability for the actual time and route. How your family observes is your call. If you want everything finished before candle-lighting, say so and we'll build the proposed day backwards from it.
Can you arrange a licensed guide?
Yes. RT Tours arranges a licensed guide for your private visits alongside the vehicle and driver. We also work with your existing guide. Include the guide and any accompanying staff in the passenger count when they travel in the vehicle.
How far ahead should we book?
Once the date, hotel area, and approximate family size are known, it is useful to ask. We check actual vehicle and driver availability for your dates and confirm only what we can provide in writing.

We prepare a written quote for your dates, itinerary, group and chosen services, including the terms for any changes.
