Yes. We arrange private tours for your party, with a Mercedes-Benz and driver and licensed guiding when you want it. Your hotel, interests and available time shape the route.

Yes. RT Tours coordinates your Mercedes-Benz, driver and separately arranged licensed guide in one proposal. The driver handles the route and pickups; the guide leads the visits. A guide travelling in your vehicle uses one of its passenger seats, so include the guide, luggage and child seats when planning the group’s vehicle.

Departure depends on the route, your hotel and the season. We choose a time that fits your visit and include it in the day plan.

Send your hotel, must-see sites and latest return time. We assess a reduced combined route for the date, with walking, transfers and the Dead Sea visit shown in the plan. For a full Old City visit and time at Masada as well as the Dead Sea, reserve two separate days.

Send the date, pickup hotel, return or onward destination, passenger count, luggage and children’s ages for any child seats. Include the sites you want to visit, walking needs and whether you want a licensed guide or already have one. We confirm the route, reserved hours, waiting, guiding and any selected admissions or day passes in the written proposal.

Send us your hotel or address. We’ll plan the pickup, route and return journey from there and include the details in your quote.

We send a payment link you can use from anywhere. A bank transfer works too, and you can settle in cash on the day if you prefer. Your written quote states the total and what is due when, before you confirm anything.

Cancel more than 48 hours before your pickup and there is no charge. Inside 48 hours, 50% of the booking is charged, the way a hotel reservation works. Your written confirmation sets out the terms that apply to your dates.
