Timed against the day, not the clock
We can include the planner, venue, and photographer contacts in the transport plan when you provide them. Staging, ceremony arrival, waiting, and return movements are limited to the route and hours confirmed in writing; changes are checked against availability.
Where we cover weddings
We check wedding requests across Israel. The written quote confirms the route, vehicle, service windows, access conditions, and any partner or venue coordination included for the requested date.
What overseas families ask
Our guests are at four different hotels — can you handle that?
We can check pickup lists, staggered departures, vehicle capacity, and the requested hours. The written plan names the coordination contact and what the service covers.
Can we book everything from the US before we land?
Yes, you can request the whole plan — vehicles, times and routes — by WhatsApp or email. It becomes confirmed only after written approval.
What happens if the wedding runs late?
Tell the driver or coordination contact. We will check the remaining hours, vehicle availability, and any additional scope before confirming an adjustment.
Do you work with our wedding planner?
We can include the planner’s schedule and contacts in the written transport plan. RT Tours remains responsible for the transport scope, not event production.
Can the couple's car be decorated?
Decoration can be requested; the permitted details, timing, and responsibility are confirmed in writing before the service.

If what we delivered isn't what we agreed, tell us — during the trip if you can, so it can still be fixed while it matters. We will do everything reasonably within our control to put it right. The guarantee covers what RT Tours provides: our vehicles, our drivers, and our coordination. Where a licensed guide, an aviation operator, or the airport's fast-track provider delivers part of your booking, we'll take it up with them on your behalf and tell you honestly what we can and can't change.
