Chol HaMoed concentrates family travel, fixed meal times, changing site access, and heavier road demand into the same week. If Jerusalem, the north, or an airport run must finish at a specific hour, the movement plan has to be built around that hour before the day starts.

What actually changes during the chagim
The days have hard edges
Erev chag and Friday afternoons end early, and they end for everyone — including the roads. If your day has to finish by a certain hour, we build it backwards from that hour instead of hoping.
Meals are fixed points
A seder or a family meal is the one thing on the whole trip that cannot slip. It becomes the anchor of that day's plan and everything else moves around it.
Airport timing matters
Holiday flight patterns and road demand can affect arrivals and departures. We track the confirmed flight and coordinate the authorized pickup point; airport procedures and baggage timing remain outside our control.
We ask how you observe. We don't assume.
We operate 365 days a year, including Shabbat and yom tov. That is a statement about our availability, not a suggestion about your practice.
Some families want everything finished well before candle-lighting and nothing moving until the chag is out. Others need specific pre-booked journeys during the holiday. Tell us what you need for each day and we will confirm the service windows we can provide in the written proposal.

The Dead Sea, the Galilee, Caesarea, or another route, planned against the official opening information, the family pace, and an estimated return time.
Getting to the meal
Pickups from three places, a drive across a full city, and arrival with time to change. This is the most underestimated logistics problem of the entire trip.
Around Jerusalem
Old City access can change during holidays. We check the closest legal drop-off available for the plan and describe the expected walk, while making clear that authorities can alter access.
Check the actual dates early
Holiday weeks require more checks across drivers, vehicles, sites, and third-party services. Once your dates and approximate party size are known, send them to us. We confirm only the availability we can hold in writing; we do not publish an artificial booking deadline.

Flight details, language requirements, vehicle assignment, and pickup instructions are stated in writing and updated when confirmed conditions change.

We operate 365 days a year. Whether your family uses that is your decision — tell us what you need and the plan follows.
We need everything finished before candle-lighting on Friday. Can you work that way?
Give us the required finish time, pickup point, and route. We will check what can be planned with a reasonable buffer and confirm the service window in writing.
Is chol hamoed really that much busier?
Road and site demand can be materially different during holiday periods. We check current information for your date and build more margin, without promising an exact drive or wait time.
Can you take us to a seder or a family meal across the country?
Send the addresses, passenger count, required arrival time, and whether a return is needed. We will check the route and availability and make that confirmed time the anchor of the written plan.
How far ahead should we book?
Ask once the dates and approximate party size are known. We check real availability and confirm only what we can provide in writing; there is no single booking window that fits every holiday route.
What does it cost?
