📝 Personal Data Processing Agreement

By filling out forms on https://rttours.co.il and/or submitting personal data, the User (hereinafter: “Data Subject”) confirms that:

1. They voluntarily provide RTTours (hereinafter: “Operator”) with their personal data for processing in accordance with the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

2. They consent to the processing of personal data, including but not limited to: collection, systematization, storage, updating, usage, anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

3. The Operator is authorized to process the following types of data:

   • Full name

   • Contact details (phone number, email address)

   • Country of residence

   • IP address and browser/connection details

   • Any additional data submitted voluntarily via website forms

4. Purposes of data processing include:

   • Communication with the User

   • Delivery of tourism-related services

   • Fulfillment of contractual obligations

   • Emailing marketing and informational materials (with separate consent)

   • Website analytics and service improvement

5. The processing period lasts until the purpose of processing is fulfilled or until consent is withdrawn by the Data Subject.

6. The User has the right to withdraw consent at any time by sending a written request to the Operator’s email: [email protected]

7. The Operator agrees not to share personal data with third parties, except where required by law or necessary to provide services (e.g., working with trusted tourism partners).

8. This consent is valid indefinitely, unless withdrawn by the User.

The User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement in full.
